("MarketFlux", "we", "us", or "our"), UEN 202542096H, with registered office at 137 Market Street, #26-01 Grace Global Raffles, Singapore 048943, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit marketflux.life, submit enquiries, or engage our marketing services. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA") and applicable subsidiary legislation.
1. Data controller
MarketFlux Pte. Ltd. is the organisation responsible for personal data processed through this website and through client service delivery unless a separate written agreement designates otherwise. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at [email protected] or write to the address above, attention: Data Protection.
2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you complete our contact form, request a flux review, or correspond with us by email or phone, we may collect your name, email address, company name, job title (if provided), telephone number (if provided), message content, and subject selection. If you enter a client relationship, we additionally collect billing details, authorised signatory information, campaign briefs, brand assets, access credentials to advertising platforms (stored under agreed security protocols), and communication records necessary to deliver services.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you browse marketflux.life, our servers and optional analytics tools may collect technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time and date of access, and cookie identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies and similar technologies.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive limited personal data from referral partners, event registrations, or publicly available business directories where you have indicated interest in marketing services. We assess the lawful basis for such data before adding it to our records.
3. Purposes of collection, use, and disclosure
We collect and use personal data for purposes including:
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling flux reviews or meetings;
- Preparing proposals, statements of work, and service agreements;
- Delivering paid media, content, creative, analytics, and related marketing services under contract;
- Managing billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable;
- Communicating service updates, reporting, and operational notices;
- Improving our website, user experience, and internal processes;
- Complying with legal obligations, regulatory requests, and dispute resolution;
- Protecting the security and integrity of our systems and client data.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, CRM, accounting, or analytics, subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect rights, property, or safety of MarketFlux, our clients, or others.
4. Legal basis and consent
Under the PDPA, we rely on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or legitimate interests (where permitted) depending on context. Submitting our contact form requires explicit consent via the PDPA checkbox. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Withdrawal may limit our ability to provide certain services if the data is essential to delivery.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship begins, in which case data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for legal, tax, and audit purposes unless a longer period is required by law. Website logs and analytics data are retained according to schedules described in our Cookie Policy. When retention periods expire, we delete or anonymise personal data using reasonable technical measures.
6. Cross-border transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps reasonably required under the PDPA to ensure recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual clauses and vendor assessment.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of data we hold, including access controls, encrypted transmission where supported, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we review practices periodically and respond to incidents in line with applicable law.
8. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, withdrawal of consent, and information about how your data has been used or disclosed within the past year. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within thirty days where possible. We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests as permitted by law.
9. Marketing communications
We send service-related emails to active clients without separate marketing consent where necessary for contract performance. Promotional emails about MarketFlux services are sent only where permitted and include an unsubscribe mechanism. We do not use your contact details to promote unrelated third-party products.
10. Children's data
Our website and services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen. If you believe we have collected a minor's data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Third-party links
marketflux.life may link to advertising platforms, social networks, or partner sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites. Review their privacy policies before providing personal data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy where permitted by law.

15. Client campaign data
When delivering marketing services, we process data on behalf of clients — including audience lists, conversion events, and CRM records — under contractual data processing terms. Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have lawful grounds to share such data with us. We use client data only for agreed service purposes, restrict access to personnel who need it, and return or delete client data upon contract termination subject to legal retention requirements.
16. Do Not Call Registry
Where we contact individuals by telephone for marketing purposes, we check numbers against the Singapore Do Not Call Registry where required and honour opt-out requests promptly. Business-to-business outreach follows applicable PDPA exemptions and internal suppression lists.
17. Breach notification
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in significant harm or affect a significant number of individuals, we will assess the incident, take remedial steps, and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required by the PDPA.
18. Automated decision-making
We do not use solely automated decision-making processes that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals based on personal data collected through the Site. Campaign optimisation algorithms operated on advertising platforms are controlled by those platforms under their respective terms; we configure campaigns but do not make automated eligibility decisions about individuals visiting marketflux.life.
19. Records of processing
We maintain internal records of processing activities covering website enquiries, client service delivery, billing, and vendor management. These records include categories of data subjects, types of personal data, purposes, recipients, retention periods, and security measures — updated when our practices change materially.
20. Complaints to regulators
If you believe we have not handled your personal data appropriately, you may contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore if you remain dissatisfied after our response. We will cooperate with the Commission and provide information reasonably required to investigate your complaint.
