Is MarketFlux about stock-market trading, or do you guarantee ROI?

Neither. MarketFlux is a performance and content marketing agency — we plan, buy, and optimise paid media and supporting content for brands. We are not a brokerage, not an investment advisory, and not a trading platform. The word "market" in our name refers to advertising markets and audience demand, not securities exchanges.

We do not guarantee return on investment, revenue targets, or specific CPA figures. Any case study on our site describes past work under particular conditions; your results will depend on your offer, competition, budget, tracking setup, and many variables we cannot control. What we commit to is transparent reporting, documented testing, and spend decisions grounded in data — not inflated promises.

What is a "flux review"?

A flux review is our structured intake: we look at your current channel mix, creative refresh cadence, landing infrastructure, tracking, and reporting rhythm. You receive an honest assessment of where we see leverage, risk, and quick wins — plus a suggested engagement shape if we are a fit. It is not a free full audit of every ad account; it is enough to determine whether a deeper partnership makes sense.

Do you work on project basis or retainer only?

Both. Always-on media management and content cadence work best on retainer because adaptive campaigns need continuity. Fixed-scope projects suit launches, tracking audits, CRO sprints, or a defined creative production batch. We will recommend the structure that matches your goal — not force a retainer if a project is more appropriate.

Which platforms do you manage?

Google Ads (search, display, YouTube where relevant), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic display via major DSPs, and SEO/content on your owned properties. We integrate reporting across these where your analytics and CRM allow. If you need a platform we do not operate, we say so upfront rather than subcontracting silently.

Does the .life domain mean lifestyle or wellness coaching?

No. marketflux.life uses .life as brand positioning: campaigns that stay alive, responsive, and continuously optimised — as opposed to set-and-forget media plans. We are not a life coaching, wellness, or personal development service.

Are you a SaaS or software product?

No. MarketFlux is a service agency. We use third-party platforms and may build dashboards in tools like Looker Studio or your BI stack, but we do not sell marketing software subscriptions.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to reply within one business day (Singapore time). Urgent tracking or policy issues for existing clients route through dedicated retainer channels with faster SLAs agreed in contract.
